A Tax Management Review ensures the tax preparer or planner produces timely, relevant, and reliable tax preparation or planning information and performs tax preparation or planning accurately and productively.

Tax Management Review Process

1. A tax preparer or planner is assigned to a tax manager,
2. The manager reviews the preparer's or planner's tax preparation or planning information and performance,
3. The manager provides review points (tax preparation or planning information and performance improvement advice and recommendations),
4. The tax preparer or planner clears the review points, and
5. The manager verifies the preparer or planner has cleared the review points.
